Why does Chris Belcher defend CNI chairman's speech at a Holocaust denial conference?
The Volokh Conspiracy asks why former CNI chairman and former congressman Pete McCloskey (R-CA) spoke at a Holocaust denial conference in 2000 and comes up with no good reason.

It's funny how Chris who holds himself out to be a "progressive" will defend those who do outreach to Holocaust deniers. As I have said before, I wouldn't be surprised if CNI receives a good chunk of its funding from the Holocaust denying crowd, as they share the same common goal.
Way to go Chris! You have no integrity, as evidenced with your interview with Holocaust denier Khalid Mashaal. And your boy McCloskey is going to lose his primary race to the incumbent Richard Pombo, who is one of the biggest supporters of corporate welfare in Congress. I guess people will vote for someone who is a whore to big business over a person who is stupid enough to speak at a Holocaust denial conference.
