Israel gets called a "rogue state" while a large, non-governmental militia in Lebanon amasses thousands of missiles and launches hundreds a day aimed at Israeli population centers. All the while, this same group uses civilians and UN peacekeeping troups in the area as human shields. This isn't a principled critique of human rights abuses and unethical conduct in war. Because that would include scathing remarks of BOTH Israel and Hezbollah. No, this sort of hypocritical fetish of vilifying Israel comes from somewhere else. If he wasn't deeply anti-semitic, he should have never accepted that invite; if he did, he should have made his objection to the racist and anti-semitic agenda of the group he was speaking directly and forcefully; and failing that, CNI--and he was speaking there as the founder and leading figure in CNI--should have immediately renounced their connection with him and expressed, as an organization, its disappointment with his behavior and the anti-semitism it represented. So stop making straw man arguments. This isn't about McCloskey's criticism of Israel--the only one making that point is you. It's about a man uncritically accepting and delivering the keynote address at the world's most (in)famous holocaust denial group. It's about an organization that never starkly stood up and renounced affiliation with someone who would do that, and do it under their name. And it's about you being willing to make extreme stretches to try rationalize and defend it. Does criticizing Israel inherently make you or anyone else anti-semitic? Numerous sites claim DC Indymedia editor had sexual relationship with white supremacist Bill White

Numerous sources are now claiming that DC Indymedia editor Luke Kuhn had a 4 year sexual relationship with white supremacist Bill White while they were both members of their idiotic group Utopian Anarchist Party.

Looks like Joan Yoshiwara is letting Henk post again.

What is Joanie's motivation for not fullfilling her duties?
